BThe lights

When you plug it in
Both glow 1 second = the power is on.
Red by itself = looking for Wi‑Fi. Just wait.
12 green blinks = it’s online, then an extra green = all set. ✓
When you press it
Green under your finger = “got you,” calling now.
Green stays on 1 minute = a person answered! ✓
Green & red flashing = nobody answered. Press again.
If red keeps blinking
Two winks every few seconds = no Wi‑Fi. It keeps trying by itself. Use a phone if you need help now.

CChange it online

Go to buttoncaller.com. Type your Button ID and cell number. That opens your setup page.
There you can change who to call, your address, and more — and tap 📞 Test to make your own phone ring.
Pressing the button is always real help. Test only from your page online.
